The Davidson Companies Named one of the Best Companies to Work For in Florida

The first statewide Best Companies list, The Best Companies to Work for in Florida appeared in the August issue of Florida Trend and on FloridaTrend.com.

The company is extremely proud of this honor. As a small business, the talents, skills and contributions of each and every one of their employees is respected and valued. Therefore, the company has worked to build an environment that makes its employees feel respected and happy in their jobs. “But without great, dedicated employees, that environment would not exist,” says vice president Sherry Davidson. “So this honor is really for each of our employees; who make The Davidson Companies one of the best to work for.”

The Best Companies To Work For in Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group. Companies that participated in the program underwent a two-part survey process that evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and employee satisfaction. The program highlights the practices of companies that have established themselves as great places to work — including everything from how they train their workers to how they communicate and the kind of pay and benefits they provide.
