Spectacular ICI Homes Available in Palencia!

VersaillesWe recently announced that Davidson Realty just won the listings for all ICI Homes in Palencia. Needless to say, we are pretty excited about this so we took the Davidson team over to tour the available St. Augustine homes in Palencia built by ICI Homes. I didn’t realize they had four beautifully furnished models in Bella Terra open for you seven days a week.

I still can’t decide what my favorite model is… The Versailles is spectacular, everything is so open and I love how much glass is along the back of the house. The Milan has such a great theater upstairs, perfect for get-togethers or to keep the kids entertained. The open loft was most definitely a popular favorite among our group. Sharon’s favorite is the Portofino model because of the feel of the wide open gathering room. She could imagine her family sitting around the fireplace playing games or entertaining guests at Christmas time. Alayna loved the Castillo model because of the courtyard pool and how the outdoor and indoor spaces flow together. The detached bonus room offers many options for use, like a mother-in-law suite or a teenage hangout, but Alayna envisioned it as her home office. It really is a great house to entertain and offers the ultimate privacy.

This Saturday, we’re giving you the opportunity to pick out your favorite too! Come out to Palencia this Saturday, December 12th from 1-4 pm for a Bella Terra open house and tour all four models.
