Another Great Month of Sales in April – Congratulations to Mirtha, Jennifer and Pauline!

A new month, but the ladies remain on top! Last month, we recognized Davidson agents Mirtha Barzaga, Pauline Cake and Jennifer Todd for their achievements in March and the first quarter of 2012. Well, they are still on fire and so is the rest of the Davidson team with over $4.1 million in closings and over $5.7 million in sales for April!

Mirtha BarzagaThe Top Producer for April is Mirtha Barzaga with 4 closings totaling $664,000. Mirtha closed two homesites in the King & Bear, one of which came with a coveted golf membership to the King & Bear golf course, a one-time-only collaboration by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. And, Mirtha helped a family relocate from Heritage Landing to their dream home in Georgia.  Mirtha was our Top Producer and Top Lister in March and the Top Lister for the first quarter. jenniferOur Top Sales Agent this month is Jennifer Todd.  Jennifer had over $700,000 in buyer sales and over $800,000 in total sales in April. She sold 6 homesites in the King & Bear community and had a new construction sale with Dream Finders Homes.  Jennifer is your go-to girl for all things new construction! She was our Top Producer for the first quarter and we can see she’s fighting to keep that title for the second quarter, too!

pcPauline Cake is our Top Lister in April with over $600,000 in listings sold. Pauline sold 3 of her own listings this month all in World Golf Village, which is no surprise because like we always say, she’s our resident WGV expert! Pauline was our Top Sales Agent for March and for the first quarter. Congratulations on another great month, Pauline!
