wp15Last month, Nocatee’s Marketing Director Portland Swan showed us around the growing neighborhoods of Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, FL. This month, we are excited to explore the exceptional amenities this St. Johns County community offers.

As Portland showcases in the video, the Nocatee Room is a standout feature for the community. The beautiful banquet room offers a catering kitchen for weddings, anniversaries, graduation parties or even office meetings for residents or non-residents. The lovely green event lawns provide the perfect place for concerts, movies or even your nuptials. 

img_3781Nocatee Splash Water Park is the real show stopper. The facility offers a number of features for any age group. Watch your children have the time of their lives at Splash Cove where tipping water buckets and spraying water have them playing for hours!  The Large Lagoon Pool features high speed slides with a 50-foot slide tower and the Lazy River is a relaxing slow moving current river. You’ll find all ages enjoying the slow pace of the Lazy River.  And, when all the water fun gets you hungry, it’s time to head over to the concession stand for a Subway sub or get out of the North Florida sun with covered umbrella seating!
