Davidson CompaniesIn the past couple of months, we’ve shared videos on what makes Davidson Realty different from other real estate firms, including above-average earnings for our Agents and our top-notch training techniques.  But if you ask our team of Realtors® what they love most about working at Davidson, the majority will tell you it’s the family atmosphere and fun, supportive environment.  Our culture makes us special.  At Davidson Realty, we work hard, both for our clients and the community, and you better believe we play hard too!

Jim Davidson CookingYou can tell Davidson is different from the moment you walk through our doors and are welcomed by Delores or Mattie. Our building is something truly spectacular, but what’s even more spectacular is how we use it to spend time together. Our courtyard is where we come together once a month for our Company Cookout. Davidson Development President Jim Davidson, known for his serious chef skills, runs the show, grilling up delicious food, while we patiently wait for the all-call to “come and get it”! And every Friday is a time for celebration at Davidson Realty thanks to Wine Fridays! We sit and enjoy the beautiful Northeast Florida weather on Friday afternoons for our weekly Wine Fridays, not only getting to know our vendor friends a little better, but also each other.

We participate in our company Blood Drive every 8 weeks and other local charitable events, like World Golf Village Relay for Life, March of Dimes’ March for Babies and Realtors Ramp it Up!. We also support our A-Rated St. Johns County Schools with our Davidson Appreciates Teachers and Davidson Cares programs. 

We organize quarterly company outings to promote team building and togetherness. We’ve done everything from putt-putt and an IMAX to bowling and boating! Next up is our Mixology event in September!
