Calling all Home Buyers! New “Park & Ride” Home Tours Kicks Off This Saturday!

Davidson is launching our new Saturday Home Tours this Saturday, September 15th to make life just a little bit easier for those of you shopping the real estate market! Saturday Home Tours will feature a variety of homes for sale without the hassle of the hunt. All you have to do is show up and an informed Davidson Realty agent will tell you all about the neighborhoods, schools, amenities, comparable prices and other important details about the homes for sale in this week’s tour area.

dream_home_clipartThe “Park & Ride” home tours will be offered each Saturday at 10 am and 2 pm.  Home buyers will meet at the Davidson Realty office and ride with an experienced Davidson Realty Agent for a relaxed, no-pressure house tour, without the worry of getting directions or finding your own way.  Each week will be a different experience and homes featured on the tour will be announced weekly at www.DavidsonRealtyInc.com. No reservations are required!

The Davidson Realty Home Tours will focus on the neighborhoods in and around World Golf Village, including the 210 corridor, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns and other parts of northern St. Johns County.  The tours depart from the Davidson Realty office at 100 East Town Place in World Golf Village.
