Join us on October 18 at 7:00 pm when we invite a variety of experts to discuss the latest trends in home improvements, building and design.  Whether you’re a homeowner considering updates for your home, in the market for a new home or custom build, or a real estate professional who wants to be “in the know,” this Home Trends Open House is a great opportunity to hear from experts in the field and get your questions answered.
Topics include:

– Adam Merrill with Arthur Rutenberg Homes discussing sound construction techniques, including block vs. frame construction.
– Brian Martin with Standard Pacific Homes will review energy efficiency, the HERS rating for energy efficiency and new building design trends.
– Mark Downing with CornerStone Homes will discuss home improvements that add the most value to your home and energy efficiency tips for existing homes.
