We’re thrilled to welcome Joanne Samuelson to our Davidson Realty team.  Joanne comes to us with 14 years experience selling real estate in Northeast Florida.  She holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC).  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Joanne is an excellent Realtor® and consummate professional who continues to hone her skills with best practices training programs like Buffini & Company.  She’s the kind of real estate professional that others can look to and learn from, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.”

Before embarking on her real estate career, Joanne spent 18 years in nursing, including holding head nursing positions and teaching.  Originally from Wisconsin, Joanne has lived all over the world. Most of her childhood was spent in Europe where she attended school in Brussels and became fluent in French.  Her nursing background and experience living abroad have helped Samuelson develop excellent communication and people skills that serve her well in real estate.

Joanne, an avid gardener, birder and cook, is a member of the Audubon Society, and tends to her church prayer garden.  She has four grown children and seven grandchildren.
