Experienced Real Estate Professional Shana Rivers Joins the Team

More than 40 agents and still counting!  It’s time for another warm Davidson Realty welcome as we add Shana Rivers to our top-notch crew of Realtors serving Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra. With more than five years of real estate sales experience, Shana is excited to offer her knowledge and enthusiasm in the field of real estate to her clients.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Shana brings with her valuable and diverse real estate experience and we’re excited to welcome her to our team.”

A Florida native originating from Ft. Lauderdale, Shana earned a psychology degree from the University of Central Florida and chose to pursue her passion in real estate.  As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Licensed Community Association Manager, she boasts experience in new home sales, property management, and community association management.

When Shana’s not selling homes, she’s exercising, enjoying our beautiful Florida beaches, and spending time with her husband Paul and their children, daughter Brielle and son Cameron.
