Keely Ragin hails from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  As part of a military family, she moved several times growing up and joined the U.S. Marine Corps herself after high school.  After her military career, she spent years as a defense contractor and program manager in the aerospace industry, in addition to earning a B.S. in Business and MBA in Organizational Leadership.  Eager to move south to be closer to relatives, Keely and her family relocated to the St. Augustine area. I want to begin this month’s letter with one of my favorite Zig Ziglar quotes about Thomas Edison and persistence. What a priceless man Zig was. “The only difference between the big shot and the little shot is the big shot is simply a little shot who kept shooting.”

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Market Stats for 2012 indicate improvement in every category for the first time in the previous six years. Read more

Avid Equestrian Chandler Larson Joins Davidson Realty Team

Our Jacksonville and St. Augustine real estate company welcomes another agent to the team: native Texan and horse-lover Chandler Larson.  In her free time, Chandler shares her passion for horses with her children and also dedicates time to teaching horseback riding to autistic children. Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Chandler will be a strong and enthusiastic resource for her clients. She is a great fit with our team and we’re happy to welcome her.”

Chandler Larson grew up riding the rodeo just outside of Dallas and attended Texas Woman’s University. After relocating to Wisconsin and working for the Kohler Company, Chandler and her family made their way to St. Augustine in 2008 in search of warmer weather. Today, they make their home in the World Golf Village area.  Chandler and her three children enjoy spending time in downtown St. Augustine and going to the beach with their golden retriever.
