The Perfect way to end 2012 and the Fourth Quarter – Over $7 Million in Sales and $8 Million in Closings in December!

Team Davidson showed they know how to finish strong! Congratulations to all of our Jacksonville Realtors on an amazing month with over $7 million in sales for December and almost $8 million in closings! And, what a way to end the 4th quarter of 2012! We had $22.6 million in sales for the quarter and $18.4 million in closings. Here are the Realtors on top:

Team Ochiltree (Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree) takes the title of Top Lister for the month with over $200,000 in listings sold. Jock and Leah make an amazing team and we can’t wait to see them on top in 2013!

Our Top Lister for the 4th Quarter is Jennifer Todd with $1.4 million in listings sold. 2012 has been a standout year for Jennifer’s business.

We had two Top Sales Agents for December. Ted Tyndall is our Top Investor Sales Agent with $1,867,850 in total sales and Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Retail Sales Agent with $1,795,213 sold.  Congratulations to both of them for almost $2 million in sales for the month! Ted is also our Top Sales Agent for the quarter with $5.2 million in sales.

The Top Producer for December and the 4th quarter is Suzy Evans with over $1 million in closings for the month and $3.4 million in closings for the quarter. Suzy has dominated the tops list for the majority of 2012 and we can’t wait to see what her goals are for the new year!
