Celebrating a Rock’n 2012 with the Davidson Companies!

We had a lot to celebrate at this year’s awards banquet. We raised a glass to the improved real estate market, all of the talented new agents that joined us in 2012, and the hard work that made last year a great one for everyone on Team Davidson! We got silly in the photo booth and the amazing Blues Factor band kept us dancing all night long!

We kicked the night off with delicious appetizers by Chef Andre and his crew, and then Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson presented the awards! She began by thanking Linda Jacobs, Mirtha Barzaga and Michelle Gonzalez for their five years of service with the Davidson Companies. Pauline Cake has been with us for 10 years and Rick Pariani for 15!

Shelby Heinemann with Davidson Property Management gave out property management awards to deserving agents. Lea Ann Wade is the Rookie Rental Agent for 2012, Dottie Lay had the Most Properties Referred and Maxine Levy and Margherite Myers tied for Most In-House Properties Rented.

Karen Stern, Matt Burkhart and Matt Davidson took home awards for Sales Meeting Attendance, while Margherite Myers walked away with the Caravan Award. And, our outstanding Mentors were also recognized for their successful mentees. Congratulations to Suzy Evans, Mirtha Barzaga and Beverly Morse for sharing your expertise with new agents!

Our fabulous receptionists were recognized with a standing ovation for their professionalism and greeting our customers with a smile! Maxine Levy and Ben English were awarded for always jumping at the chance for time on floor. And, Davidson Development President and our resident Top Chef Jim Davidson was presented with an apron with our company logo for shopping, chopping and cooking for all of us month in and month out!

Congratulations to all of our agents that received Production Awards!

  • $2 million closed and/or sold: Margherite Myers, Doug Duggan, Ron Savarese, Lynn Whitley and Ana Speziale
  • $3 million closed and/or sold: Jock Ochiltree, Pauline Cake and Michelle Gonzalez
  • Dottie Lay had $4 million closed and $5 million sold.
  • Ted Tyndall had $2 million closed and $8 million sold (most buyer sales all year).
  • Jennifer Todd had $5 million closed and sold.

Our highest honors of the evening went to Mirtha Barzaga and Suzy Evans who were our VIPs!

  • Mirtha Barzaga was our Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent of the Year with almost $5 million in listings sold and nearly $10 million in sales.
  • Suzy Evans was our Top Producer with $8 million closed.

Last but not least, the two final awards for the night were presented to two standout agents.

  • Karen Stern took home the Rookie of the Year award, just like her two work roomies in previous years!
  • Jennifer Todd, who has doubled her production since 2011, was presented with the special Presidents Award!
