Booming Sales Rock February at Davidson Realty – Congratulations to Mirtha, Suzy and Pauline!

It was an incredible month of sales in February for our Jacksonville Realtors! The company had $11.9 million in sales for the month with 25 different agents posting transactions.

Congratulations to our Top Realtors in February:

The Top Listing Agent for February is Mirtha Barzaga with almost $1 million in listings sold and over $2.1 million in total sales. Mirtha had seven transactions during the month – three new construction homes, one homesite, and one condominium in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community, one new construction home in St. Augustine and one resale home. She was also our Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for January.

Our Top Sales Agent for the month is Suzy Evans with over $2.5 million in sales. Suzy had three sales including a homesite in the King & Bear, a multi-million dollar Ponte Vedra home and she sold one of her own listings in Heritage Landing. You might remember seeing Suzy’s name as our Top Producer for all of 2012. 2013 better look out!

The Top Producer for February with $1.4 million in closings is Pauline Cake, who partners with her husband Woody. They make an incredible team and had seven closings during February, many of which were in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody are known as our resident World Golf Village experts and have been with Davidson Realty for over 10 years now.
