Caitlyn Hawkins, Listing Coordinator Extraordinaire, Adds Real Estate Agent to Her Role at Davidson Realty

We’re thrilled to congratulate fellow staff member Caitlyn Hawkins who gained her real estate license and is now expanding her role with Davidson to include Agent.  Caitlyn has been expertly serving as our Listing Coordinator for the last year, and she knows real estate from nearly every angle. A third generation real estate careerist, she was born and raised right here in Ponte Vedra Beach and grew up accompanying her father as he valued real estate properties – learning all about the industry through observation. Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Caitlyn has a wealth of knowledge throughout the field that will certainly benefit her clients. Her experience and dedication to client satisfaction has been outstanding.”

Caitlyn graduated from Nease High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on Finance and Investment Real Estate from the University of North Florida.  As a student, she founded several clubs and studied abroad in Ireland.  After gaining experience with Merrill Lynch and earning her Series 7 and Series 63 financial licenses, she realized her passion remained in real estate and returned to the field in 2011.

Caitlyn enjoys travelling around the world, spending time with family and friends, exploring the arts, playing sports, and following Tennessee Volunteer football.
