MAY IS BANNER MONTH with Over $9 Million in Sales and $11.7 Million in Closings – Congratulations to Pauline, Mirtha and Suzy!

May was our best month since July 2007 with over $9 million in sales and over $11 million in closings! Also during May, Davidson Realty was named the number one Best Place to Work in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal for the third time and all our agents and staff had a blast cheering on the Braves and Cubs in our annual agent baseball contest (Go Cubs!). We had 24 agents with transactions in May, but we have to give special congratulations to the three ladies that seem to remain on top – Pauline Cake, Mirtha Barzaga and Suzy Evans!

Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake have been top performers all year and May is no different. They are our Top Listing Agents with $800,000 in listings sold. They sold two of their own listings in the King & Bear Community in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody were our Top Producers in April, Top Listing Agents in March and Top Producers in February. Another consistent top performer, Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Sales Agent in May with $2 million in sales. Mirtha had nine transactions for the month, five in World Golf Village and the rest throughout Jacksonville and St. Augustine.  She sold three of her own listings and had two new construction transactions. Mirtha was the Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for April, the Top Listing Agent for the first quarter, the Top Listing Agent for February, and the Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for January. She also led her Cubs teammates to victory for our baseball contest this month! Mirtha is very involved with our local builders, so if you are looking to build in Northeast Florida make sure to contact her!

One of the names always at the top of our big producers list, Suzy Evans is our Top Producer with over $2.2 million in closings for the month of May! Suzy had five closings during the month; many were high-end homes in St. Augustine. She sold two of her own listings. Suzy was our Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for March and the first quarter of 2013, and also the Top Sales Agent in February. Suzy sells all over Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra and specializes in high-end and luxury homes.
