May was an exceptional month for Davidson Realty.  We posted $11 Million+ in closings, we were named Agency of Record for several major Hutson Companies land holdings, and we were named the #1 Best Place to Work, Small Company by the Jacksonville Business Journal.  “This recognition is such an honor because it’s based on employee feedback,” said Sherry Davidson.  In fact, Davidson has made the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list several times and topped the list three times.

According to the Jacksonville Business Journal, the Davidson Companies have the right mix of work and fun and we couldn’t agree more!  If you’re connected with us on Facebook, you know that every Friday afternoon we welcome the Wine Fairy and cookouts on our beautiful patio are a regular treat.  “At The Davidson Cos., the management team tries to balance work with fun. There are weekly cookouts, baseball contests, fundraisers and outings. The second Friday of every month, there is an employee luncheon, often a cookout with the founder, Jim Davidson, cooking the food. Everyone is welcome — family, friends and clients along with the employees,” reports Correspondent Dargan Thompson of the Jacksonville Business Journal.

The Jacksonville Business Journal conducts the Best Places to Work survey annually. The rankings for this list are done by Quantum Workplace, a third-party company that specializes in measuring workplace satisfaction.
