From The U.K. to The First Coast: Davidson Welcomes Agent Rachel Mateo

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Rachel Mateo to our ever expanding team of more than 40 agents! Rachel brings with her 11 years of varied experience in the real estate industry. Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Rachel is a trusted and knowledgeable resource for customers in need of time-tested real estate expertise. We are happy to have her aboard.”

Rachel originates from “across the pond” in London, England, and relocated to our area in 1996. She met her husband in Orange Park and the couple married in 1999.

Rachel’s diverse professional experiences have all centered on providing excellent care and customer service. Her resume includes work as a caregiver, account rep for a plumbing and building company, life insurance agent, loan originator, as well as processor and deficiency specialist with Wells Fargo. She is eager to leverage her diverse experience to help her clients find their dream property right here in Northeast Florida.

In her free time, Rachel and her husband enjoy sports and spending time with family.
