Join us in welcoming our newest agent, Debra Williams, to the Davidson team! Debra brings to her new position years of combined expertise in real estate and mortgage lending, ensuring her customers have an experienced and enthusiastic professional who knows the ins and outs of the real estate process.

Debra hails from southern Florida where she worked as an underwriter in the mortgage industry for 15 years as well as, most recently, a Proficiency Coach. She has also been a licensed Realtor for 11 years. With Debra’s patience, skill, and passion for helping people, clients can expect insightful and dependable guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

In her free time, Debra and her husband enjoy taking in the close-knit family feel and beauty of our area.
