Hard Work Pays Off with Great Numbers in July – Congrats to Maxine, Mirtha and The Cakes!

July brought many reasons to celebrate.  We hit our residential home sales goals; 24 of our hard working Jacksonville Realtors logged sales or closings; and, as a bonus, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was named one of The Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2013! Team Davidson boasted total sales of $7.6 million and closings of $6.6 million in July. Congratulations to Maxine Levy, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline and Woody Cake for making it to the top!

The Top Listing Agent for the month of July is Maxine Levy with over $850,000 in listings sold and total sales over $950,000. Maxine sold three of her own listings, including land to a builder for new construction in Green Cove Springs, a condominium in Fleming Island, and a home in Turnberry (a World Golf Village community). She also had the buyer for a condo in The Legends in World Golf Village. Congratulations to our Jamaican Beauty!

The Top Sales Agent for July is Mirtha Barzaga with over $1.5 million in sales. She had six sales for the month and two were new home construction. One was with Bourre Construction Group and the other with Standard Pacific Homes. Mirtha was our Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for the second quarter and she is known as the queen of new home construction here at Davidson. She is an excellent Mentor to our newer agents and we are very proud of her real estate achievements!

The Top Producers for July are Pauline Cake and her husband, Woody Cake, with over $1 million in closings. They had three closings for the month, two in Turnberry and one in Vilano Beach. The Cake Team has been on fire this year and were recently named the Top Listing Agents for June and the Top Producers for the second quarter.
