Davidson’s Property Management Team Welcomes Michelle Brown

The rental market is still sizzling and our Property Management team continues to grow! We are thrilled to welcome Michelle Brown as our newest Property Manager.  She brings to her new position years of experience managing properties as well as property marketing and foreclosure administration.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Between her industry knowledge and personal focus on customer service, Michelle is a great fit for our team of Property Management professionals.”

Michelle grew up in Troy, Michigan, where she met and married her husband John.  While there, she cultivated more than seven years of experience managing commercial properties for a shopping center developer, which included marketing and leasing.

Having honeymooned in St. Augustine, the Browns never forgot the beauty of the Oldest City and decided to relocate to World Golf Village six years ago. The couple then co-founded a property preservation company that handled foreclosures for financial institutions and serviced properties ranging from Jacksonville to Deland.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys cheering on her two teenage children in their various activites, going to the beach, and strolling through St. Augustine’s historic district.
