Agent Cindi Powel Joins Team Davidson!

We are thrilled to welcome Cindi Powel to our top notch team of agents!  She brings to her new position more than 20 years of experience within numerous facets of real estate as well as an enthusiasm for helping customers to find just the right property.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Cindi offers her clients a lot of valuable insights and a passion for guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Davidson has a great agent in Cindi.”

Cindi originates from King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a Philadelphia suburb town and home to historic Valley Forge National Park. She has fond memories of growing up in a golf environment having been around golf courses her entire life where her family both worked and played.

Pursuing an interest in real estate, Cindi spent close to two decades in various capacities, including Vice President with the RE/MAX Region in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, as well as being Director of Career Development of a local real estate franchise that grew to be the largest RE/MAX multi-franchise in Pennsylvania (RE/MAX Central).

She has completed the Buffini & Company’s Mentor Program as well as the RE/MAX Profitable Broker Program.

Cindi now lives here in World Golf Village and loves the First Coast area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including husband Greg, twin children Carli and Casey (who both attend Nease High School), and their beagle Sundae.
