Agent Don Gibson Brings Years of Construction Expertise to Davidson

Please join us in welcoming Don Gibson to our expanding team of real estate agents!  Don comes to Davidson with more than 27 years of demonstrated experience throughout commercial and residential contracting and construction as well as real estate.

Born in Ohio, Don spent much of his youth in the Buckeye State as well as in Hawaii and Florida.  After studies at Kent State University and Youngstown State University, he began his career managing construction of low income housing.  In 1986, Don relocated his family to Jacksonville and built a career owning and working for numerous businesses in general contracting, paving, concrete, seal coating, striping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, window cleaning for high rise buildings, residential and commercial construction clean-up, and airport hangar services.

His experience also includes the purchase and sale of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties throughout Northeast Florida.

In his free time, Don has enjoyed extensive international travels, even coming within two pages of filling his entire passport!  Don lives by his inspiring motto, “Life is truly too short. Spend it doing what you love, be happy, and keep those close to you as close as you can for as long as you can.”
