Educator & Author Shelley Nemethy Becomes Davidson’s Newest Realtor

Davidson’s realtors come to us with a wide range of talents and accomplishments to their names, and our newest team member is no exception. In fact, she brings a bevy of experiences including teacher, decorating enthusiast, and even author! Please join us in welcoming Shelley Nemethy to our team of real estate professionals.

Shelley’s diverse experience includes many years as an elementary school teacher, as well as author, speaker, sales rep, and now, real estate agent.  Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “Shelley’s charisma and range of experience proves she is eager to learn new things and focused on sharing her knowledge with others including her clients.  She is a valuable addition to the Davidson team.”

Shelley graduated from the University of Central Florida with an Education degree.  She taught on the elementary level for years before relocating to St. Augustine in 2005 with her husband and twin daughters.  The Nemethy family moved into Kensington, a subdivision near Palencia, where she pursued a passion for home decorating and even published a book, Decorating Your Life In Christ.  After writing her book, Shelley enjoyed serving as guest speaker at conferences and retreats for various women’s groups.

Over the past few years, she built a successful sales career working in pharmaceuticals.  Today, Shelley is excited to follow her new path in real estate and she looks forward to helping her clients with all of their real estate needs. Welcome aboard, Shelley!
