Davidson Realty Welcomes Team Overman!

We are happy to introduce Tim & Terri Overman as our newest real estate sales team. The Overmans, who have been married for 23 years, join three other husband-wife duos at Davidson. Says Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, “We have found that clients thoroughly enjoy working with our real estate teams, and the Overmans are no exception. Tim and Terri work seamlessly together to provide clients with superior care and knowledge. We are pleased to welcome them both to our team.”

Tim brings to Davidson more than 22 years of experience handling commercial real estate projects. His projects involved retail, office, and warehouse sales and leasing, land sales and acquisition, and build-to-suit coordination. Tim also boasts more than 20 years of management experience, including two terms within the South Carolina Office of the Governor as administrator over Developmental Disabilities and Genetic Diseases programs.  He holds degrees from Barton College, University of North Carolina, and University of South Carolina.

As a Jacksonville native, Terri spent 15 years as a television writer and producer at several local network affiliates where she created advertising and marketing campaigns for local news talent. She then followed a passion for education, specializing for 12 years in early childhood and special needs education in the primary grade levels. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.

When they’re not working, you can find the Overmans in the North Carolina mountains hiking and enjoying the beauty of Tim’s home state. They also love reading, walking on the beach, cooking and spending time with their four grown children, Ben, David, Bailey, and Lanie.

As a real estate team, the couple is excited to merge Tim’s knowledge of local real estate with Terri’s marketing expertise and life-long involvement with the Jacksonville and St. Augustine communities.
