Over $10.5 Million in Sales for January – Congrats to Ted, Ana and the Ochiltree’s!

There’s already a lot going on at Davidson Realty in 2014! We formed relationships with La Fontana at the Residences, Emerald Homes and The Cascades to be their listing agents in World Golf Village. We have our first annual Davidson Cares 5k & Kid’s Fun Run this Saturday in World Golf Village and we’ve already raised over $16,500 for our local schools. And, the new year has brought lots of customers that are ready to buy and sell! Our Jacksonville Realtors had a great month of sales in January with over $10.5 million on the books! Here are our top Realtors in January:

Our Top Listing Agents are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with over $850,000 in listings sold. They sold two homes in The Cascades (World Golf Village’s premier active adult community) and one listing in St. Augustine. Davidson Realty has listed all the remaining properties in The Cascades and Team Ochiltree are the agents managing that process. The Top Sales Agent is Ana Speziale with over $1.1 million in sales for the month. Ana had five sales, including one in her own community, South Hampton. Ana is one-of-a -kind and we are constantly getting positive feedback on her superb customer service. Ana takes excellent care of all of her customers!

The Top Producer for the month is Ted Tyndall with over $1.8 million in closings. Ted had 10 new construction closings with Advantage Home Builders throughout January. All 10 properties are located in Plummer Creek on the north side of Jacksonville. Ted is working closely with international investors and is doing a great job for them!
