54 Realtors and $7.8 Million in Closings – February was Another Great Month at Davidson Realty!

Our Jacksonville Realtors are in high gear! Twenty-six different agents had sales during the month of February totaling $7.3 million in sales and $7.8 million in closings! We are also at an all-time high of Realtors. We now have a total of 54 Realtors able to serve you in any of your real estate needs. We are proud of all of our agents, but there were three that came out on top in February:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $510,000 in listings sold and $621,000 in total sales. Mirtha sold two of her own listings in World Golf Village’s GroveWood and Turnberry communities. She also had one buyer sale in Tuscany Village by the St. Augustine Outlet Malls.

The Top Sales Agent for February is Amy Anderson with over $950,000 in sales. Amy had four sales during the month, one of which was her listing in Sutton Lakes that sold before the “For Sale” sign went out! Two of the other homes sold were located in Murabella and one in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community.

The Top Producer is Ted Tyndall with over $2 million in closings for the month. Ted had a total of 15 closings and all of them were new home construction! Fourteen were with Ted’s international investor group with Advantage Home Builders and the other was new home construction with Dream Finders Homes.
