Davidson Cares Donates Over $20,000 to Mill Creek, Wards Creek, Palencia and Pacetti Bay!

Davidson Realty is so excited to announce that we have raised over $20,000 for our local St. Johns County public schools during our foundation’s second year thanks to our sponsors, the community, our Realtors and Davidson Realty’s contributions. We have to give special recognition to Title Sponsors Bank of England, Mile Marker Brewing, St. Augustine Ear, Nose & Throat and La Fontana at the Residences.

All four of our local schools did a wonderful job generating votes for their video grants and schools on Davidson Cares’ website. Mill Creek came in first place with the most school-wide votes, so they not only received a $1,000 grant for their winning grant idea, but they also received the biggest portion of the Davidson Cares’ money, $6, 781. Mill Creek was such a huge supporter of Davidson Cares’ events. They even had their students train to run the Davidson Cares’ 5k & Kid’s Fun Run in February. Wards Creek received $4,844 and Pacetti Bay received $3,875. All four schools received $1,000 grants and Pacetti Bay received an additional $500 for their anti-bullying campaign. Congratulations on an amazing year!

Davidson Cares has set the bar even higher for the next school year. This year we are starting early with our Red, White and Boom fundraiser on Thursday, July 3rd for the World Golf Village Fireworks display. Come out for one of the largest fireworks displays in North Florida!
