Another Incredible Month for our Jacksonville Realtors – Over $20 Million in Closings for May!

The market is on fire and so is Team Davidson! In May, 25 Realtors had sales for total sales of over $14 million and 26 Realtors had closings for a total of over $20 million in closings! We also celebrated Davidson Development’s 25th Anniversary in May. We are feeling very blessed! Congratulations to our entire team on an exquisite month!

Here are the Top Realtors for May:

The Top Sales Agent is Suzy Evans with over $800,000 in sales for the month. Suzy had three sales during May, two in Palencia and one near The Meadows. Suzy was also our Top Sales Agent in April and I would be willing to bet we will continue to see her on our Top Agent List. Suzy specializes in all of Northeast Florida, including waterfront homes in Ponte Vedra or the Beaches.

The Top Listing Agents and Top Producers for May are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with $1.6 million in listings sold, over $2 million in total sales and over $900,000 in closings. They had four sales in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community, one sale in Laterra Links and one in Ocean Grande (beautiful condos by Serenata Beach Club). They closed three of their own listings during the month, two of which were re-sale homes in The Cascades.  Jock and Leah are the listing agents for the last phase of The Cascades at World Golf Village. Jock also specializes in golf course communities in our area.
