Celebrating our Top Realtors for a Terrific June and Monumental 2nd Quarter!

Congratulations to all 50 of our St. Augustine Realtors for a job well done in June and a very impressive 2nd Quarter! We had $10.3 million in sales for the month and $10.5 million in closings that were all residential sales. For the 2nd Quarter, there were 38 different agents with closings for a total of $46 million!

Here are the Top Realtors:

The Top Listings Agent for June is Maxine Levy with over $850,000 in listings sold. Maxine sold a new construction home in the King & Bear in World Golf Village and a bank-owned property on the river in Green Cove Springs. Congrats, Maxine!

The Top Listing Agents for the 2nd Quarter are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with over $3.3 million in listings sold and $4.7 million in total sales. Team Ochiltree had 15 sales during the quarter and nine of those were in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community. Seven out of the nine in The Cascades were new home construction. Jock and Leah have been instrumental in selling out the last phase of The Cascades.

The Top Sales Agent for June is Beverly Morse with over $1.3 million in sales. Beverly sold a lot and an Arthur Rutenberg home in Palencia, as well as a condo in The Legends in World Golf Village and her own listing in Murabella. Great job, Beverly!

Suzy Evans is our Top Producer for the month and Top Sales Agent/Top Producer for the 2nd Quarter! Suzy had seven transactions throughout June, two of which were her own listings, for a total of almost $2 million in closings. For the 2nd Quarter, she had $3 million in sales and 13 closings for a total of over $2.7 million. Suzy sold all over Jacksonville and St. Augustine, including communities like River Plantation, Villages of Pablo, Las Palmas, Julington Creek Plantation, Country Walk and more. Awesome month and quarter, Suzy!
