Here’s to 25 Years of Excellence in Northeast Florida Real Estate!

Between winning awards and achieving excellent results, we have had many reasons to celebrate lately – and we now have one more. Congrats to Davidson Realty on reaching its 25th anniversary!

Created as part of the Davidson Companies, Davidson Realty was launched in July 1989 by partners Jim and Sherry Davidson and Eduardo Gil to provide a full spectrum of real estate services.

Since its inception, our company has grown to boast more than 50 agents. Our agents averaged $2.7 million in closing in 2013. We have also repeatedly earned top accolades including one of Northeast Florida’s Best Places to Work (Jacksonville Business Journal), top 50 fastest-growing companies in Northeast Florida (Jacksonville Business Journal), and Florida’s Best Companies To Work For (Florida Trend magazine).

As partner to sister company Davidson Development, World Golf Village’s founding planner, Davidson Realty has been integral to the growth, marketing, and sales within the 6,300-acre golf community from its beginning. Today, World Golf Village prospers as one of the top selling communities in the First Coast marketplace with more than 4,000 homes completed and occupied and more than 18,000 residents.

We have also extended our presence throughout Northeast Florida including all of St. Johns County, Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra.

Sherry added, “Being a part of World Golf Village’s advent and growth has been such a joy as well as expanding to become a leading real estate company throughout the region.”
