Colleen Roark Brings a Great Eye for Detail to Davidson

We are thrilled to announce that Colleen Roark has joined our stellar team of Realtors! Colleen brings to Davidson years of business experience as well as a passion for all aspects of real estate. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson said, “Colleen has a great eye for detail as well as a dedication to helping people. We are thrilled to have her on our team.”

Colleen, a Florida native, spent 25 years in corporate positions while buying, selling, remodeling and decorating homes in her free time. She recently decided to utilize her eye for detail and professional experience to pursue a full-time career in real estate. Colleen is eager to serve as a helpful guide for clients as they navigate the real estate process.

Colleen and her husband Rob have four children, Nicole, Christine, Samantha and Michael; two sons-in-law, Tim and Mario; and two high-energy grandsons, Asher and Noah. The youngest Roark is two-year-old Shih Tzu Cooper. Colleen enjoys spending time at the beach, gardening, cruising and watching Florida Gators sports.
