Over $8 Million in Sales and $10 Million in Closings in October – Congratulations to Team Evans and Team Ochiltree!

Our Jacksonville Realtors had a very productive month in October with over $8 million in sales and $10 million in closings! The Davidson Companies also celebrated Davidson Referral Network’s 5th anniversary in October. Congratulations to our entire team on all their success!

Here are the Top Realtors for October:

Our Top Listing Agents and Sales Agents for the month are Suzy Evans and her husband Chris Evans with over $1.9 million in sales and listings sold. Team Evans sold a home in Matanzas Inlet in St. Augustine, as well as four of their own listings in Heritage Landing, Julington Creek, St. Augustine and SR13. Suzy and Chris are known for their excellent marketing skills and are active all over Northeast Florida from Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville to St. Augustine.

The Top Producers for October are Jock Ochiltree and his wife Leah Ochiltree with $2 million in closings. Team Ochiltree had six transactions during the month; all in The Cascades, World Golf Village’s premier active adult community. Five of the six transactions were new home construction and one was a resale. Jock and Leah are very familiar with Jacksonville golf communities and active adult communities.
