Congrats to Mirtha, Suzy & Chris – Our Top Realtors in December and the 4th Quarter of 2014!

December was another great month for our Jacksonville Realtors with $9 million in sales and $8 million in closings. We also had an incredible fourth quarter with sales over $22 million and closings over $36 million. There were 40 different agents with closings during the quarter! Congratulations to our entire team on a job well done! We have to give special recognition to our top agents for the month of December and the 4th quarter: Mirtha Barzaga and Team Evans!

The Top Lister and Top Producer for December is Mirtha Barzaga with $800,000 in listings sold, $1 million in total sales and $1.6 million in closings. Mirtha was also our Top Producer for the final quarter of 2014 with over $4 million in closings.

The Top Sales Agents for December and the 4th quarter are Suzy Evans and her husband Chris Evans. Team Evans had over $1 million in sales for December and over $3 million in sales for the quarter. Suzy and Chris are also our Top Listing Agents for the quarter!
