New Property Management Software Brings Big Boost to Davidson!

Using Davidson Property Management is now easier than ever for property owners as well as tenants!

That’s because we just launched Propertyware, a web-based property management software for organizing and maintaining secure electronic client and property data. For the first time, the team has one single solution for managing properties, from accounting functions and inspection aids to a customer platform and communication tools.

Says Davidson Property Management President Sherry Davidson, “Open communication and ease of doing business are absolutely vital to our property management team. This tool is already helping with both, which is good for our property owners as well as tenants.”

Property owners will enjoy Propertyware’s automated property reports, communication tools, marketing aids for promoting their property and comprehensive tenant screening applications. Tenants benefit with the ability to pay rent online and communicate with property managers directly through the portal.

Also, the software’s inspection tool allows our property managers to upload property photos along with any room-specific notes. All inspections synchronize with the cloud-based database, making the inspection visible to the team and property owners.

The software was implemented earlier this month and the property management team has already seen an uptick in workflow as well as customer utilization of the portal.
