Top Realtors for January Include Mirtha Barzaga, Ron Savarese, Beverly Morse and Team Ochiltree!

This year is off to a great start and our Jacksonville Realtors are ready to serve! Congratulations to Team Davidson for $7.3 million in sales for the month of January and $6.5 million in closings. We are switching things up a little bit in 2015 since we have four husband and wife teams on our roster! We are celebrating one Top Producing Team, as well as our normal Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer.

Here are the tops for January:

The Top Listing Agent for January is Mirtha Barzaga with over $800,000 in sales. Mirtha had three transactions during the month, two of her own listings were sold (one in Nocatee and one in Heritage Landing). She also had the buyer for a home in Fleming Island.

The Top Sales Agent for the month is Ron Savarese with over $800,000 in sales. Ron also had three transactions during January. He had a buyer for two active adult communities, one home in The Cascades at World Golf Village and one in Sweetwater by Del Webb in Jacksonville. Also, Ron’s listing sold in Turnberry in World Golf Village.
The Top Producer for January is Beverly Morse with over $750,000 in closings. Beverly sold a beautiful home to-be-built in Palencia with Arthur Rutenberg Homes.

Lastly, our Top Producing Team is Jock Ochiltree and his partner Leah Ochiltree with over $1 million in closings during the month. Team Ochiltree had three closings in The Cascades at World Golf Village, two of which were new construction.
