Congratulations to our Top Jacksonville Realtors in February – Mirtha, Ana and Team Cake!

Team Davidson finished February out strong; 26 different agents had a total of $11 million in sales and $6 million in closings. Congratulations to everyone on our awesome team! We have to give special recognition to our Top Realtors for February.

Here are the tops:

The Top Listing Agent and Top Producing Agent for the month of February is Mirtha Barzaga with over $800,000 in listings sold, over $1.2 million in total sales, and over $1.3 million in closings. Mirtha sold three of her own listings and had five closings during the month. She closed two new construction homes, one with Legacy Builders and one with Arthur Rutenberg Homes.

The Top Sales Agent for February is Ana Speziale with $1.2 million in sales. Ana had two sales during the month, one new construction home with Dostie Homes and one resale home in Jacksonville.

Top Producing Team for the month is Pauline Cake and Woody Cake with over $850,000 in closings. Team Cake had two closings during the month, one in Palencia and one in World Golf Village.
