Our Top Jacksonville Realtors for April are Ben, Amanda, Loreal and Team Cake!

April was another productive month for the Davidson Team! We had 25 different Jacksonville Realtors with sales totaling $11 million for the month and 25 different Realtors with closings totaling $6.7 million. April was also a big month for Davidson Realty’s charitable foundation, Davidson Cares. We donated over $30,000 to our local St. Johns County public schools through St. Johns County Education Foundation’s matching grant program!

Here are our Top Realtors in April:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Ben English with $1.8 million in listings sold. Ben sold four of his own listings in Palencia.

The Top Sales Agent for April is Amanda Houser with a large buyer sale in Ortega Forest.

Our Top Producing Agent for the month is Loreal Greathouse with $900,000 in closings. Loreal had four closings during April and she sold one of her own listings.

The Top Producing team for the month is Pauline Cake and Woody Cake with $500,000 in closings. Pauline and Woody had three closings, two of which were their own listings.
