$11 Million in Sales and Over $9 Million in Closings in May – Congrats to Mirtha, Candy, Ben & Team Evans!

Team Davidson had a killer month in May with 28 of our Jacksonville Realtors having sales! Our team brought in $11 million in sales and over $9 million in closings for the month. We had everything from new builds in St. Augustine to re-sales in Ponte Vedra and downtown Jacksonville. Congratulations to our entire team on a wonderful month!

Here are our Top Realtors for May:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $800,000 in listings sold. Mirtha sold four listings during May.

The Top Sales Agent is Candy Gil with $1.3 million in sales. Candy had two sales during the month, one in Ponte Vedra Beach and one in World Golf Village.

Our Top Producing Agent is Ben English with $1.2 million in closings. Ben closed two of his own listings in Palencia.


Suzy Evans and Chris Evans are our Top Producing Team in May with $1.1 million closed. Team Evans closed four transactions during the month (two buyers and two sellers).
