Davidson Realty is Expanding to Jacksonville Beach!

After 26 years in business and over 50 agents, Davidson Realty has decided to expand! Davidson Realty started as a central sales facility for World Golf Village in 1989, but there have been many changes within the real estate industry and our company since then. We currently have over 50 full-time Realtors that live and serve the entire First Coast, from Yulee all the way to Palm Coast, and with more talent comes growth!

Davidson wants to better serve our customers living throughout our area by opening up two new offices, first in Jacksonville Beach and then in the Julington Creek/Mandarin area. The Jacksonville Beach office is currently underway and we will have more details on the location very soon.

We are always looking to add new or experienced agents to our awesome team. There will be two new commission structures offered to experienced agents, a 70/30 split and an 80/20 split. We are known for our company culture, staff support and training, which all of our agents are able to take full advantage of.
