Banker-Turned-Realtor Terri Apodaca Joins The Davidson Team

We are pleased to welcome Terri Apodaca to our expanding roster of real estate agents! Terri brings with her experience in banking as well as real estate.

“Terri’s professional background and her dedication to providing great service make her a real asset for her clients. We’re glad to have Terri as part of our team,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson.

Terri spent years working in management and coaching in the banking industry before making the switch to real estate. She began her real estate career by purchasing new construction in Virginia, and now as a Florida agent, she continues to follow her passion by helping clients through the real estate process.

Terri is certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Nocatee Agent (CNA).

When she’s not helping clients, Terri can be found relaxing on the beach with one of her many books, exploring St. Augustine with her husband, and trying out new recipes for friends at home.
