Davidson Realty Closes First Public Contract In TrailMark Community

Congratulations to Davidson Realty agents Jock Ochiltree and Leah Ochiltree, who closed the first public contract in TrailMark, a new residential community in northern St. Johns County. Team Ochiltree closed the contract with buyer Daphney Jirau for a DR Horton home. The contract was only the second in the entire community, the first being a corporate sale.

The TrailMark community, which recently broke ground on its first homes, is slated to include up to 2,278 single-family houses spanning 1,300 acres.

“You simply can’t beat the great natural setting or the home options in TrailMark,” said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. “Jock and Leah have studied the community closely and are experts in what’s to come in TrailMark in the near future.”

DR Horton has 15 home models available for the community. Landon Homes is also a featured builder for TrailMark. The developer is GreenPointe Communities LLC.

TrailMark will include an amenity center and kayak launch along Six Mile Creek. The neighborhood is located off Pacetti Road, south of the World Golf Village.
