“House it Going?” Mark Your Calendars for the Next Real Estate Happy Hour on November 3rd!

Davidson Realty Agent Amy Anderson started her monthly Real Estate Happy Hour when she realized how many people are actually very interested in what is going on in the real estate industry. And, why wouldn’t they be? Owning real estate is the greatest investment most people make in a life time, so the inner workings are always of interest to a savvy homeowner or knowledgeable consumer. Amy decided to put an end to consumers and future customers getting their real estate information from HGTV shows or the BRAVO Network, where (as you can imagine) the information is not always factual.

House it Going Happy Hours are the first Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 8 pm at Black and Blue Grill in World Golf Village. It’s a casual, open forum where customers, friends and neighbors are able to socialize and get their real estate questions answered. A different vendor attends each event, so a wide variety of subjects are covered. Amy has had all types of industry specialists featured, from irrigational well experts to appraisers and home inspectors. On November 3rd, Amy will be joined by Donna Mancini of Donna Mancini Interiors and Flooring. Donna specializes in home staging, interior redesign and styling, color consultations, material and design selections, organizational services, furniture and accessory shopping and more!
