Our Top Realtors in October – The Spotlight is on Amy, Maxine, Mirtha & Team Overman!

Another successful and productive month in the books for Team Davidson! We had 23 Realtors with sales during October totaling $10.8 million and 24 agents with closings coming in at $8.6 million. We have hired nine new agents since September 1st, who will be helping customers from downtown Jacksonville all the way to Palm Coast. We are at 60 agents and continue to grow! Our new Jacksonville Beach office will be open next month and we cannot wait for you to see it! Lots of great things happening at Davidson!

Here are our Top Jacksonville Realtors for October:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Amy Anderson with over $900,000 in listings sold and $1.1 million in total sales. Amy sold four of her listings and had one buyer sale, all of which were in St. Johns County. Our A-Rated schools bring the buyers!

The Top Sales Agent in October is Maxine Levy with over $1.1 million in sales. Maxine had four transactions during the month. She closed condos in the Baymeadows area and the World Golf Village area, as well as sold her own listing in Palencia.

The Top Producing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $650,000 in closings. Mirtha had three closings in October. Mirtha lives and works in the World Golf Village area and is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive in Heritage Landing on Saturday, November 14th. Make sure to bring your canned goods to the amenity center between 2 and 4 pm!

And, our Top Producing team is Tim & Terri Overman. Team Overman closed a new construction Dream Finders Home in Yulee. In addition to new construction, Tim has years of experience in commercial sales.
