Congratulations to our almost 60 Realtors on a job well done in November! Our team had $9.5 million in sales for the month! Here are our Top Realtors in November:

The Top Listing Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with over $900,000 in listings sold and over $1.1 million in total sales. All of Mirtha’s sales were in the World Golf Village area, including a beautiful homesite in the King & Bear (World Golf Village area) that will soon be a spectacular Arthur Rutenberg Home. Mirtha is an expert at new home construction and would love to help you build your dream home!

The Top Sales Agent for November is Colleen Roark with almost $1 million in buyer sales. Colleen had three sales during the month, including a new build in Miami, FL, as well as the last new home sale in World Golf Village’s premiere Active Adult Community, The Cascades. The Top Producing Agent is Amanda Houser with $650,000 in closings. Amanda sold her own listing in RiverTown, the only master planned riverfront community in St. Johns County. Not only is Amanda a resident of RiverTown, but also specializes in selling waterfront living.

Our Top Producing Team is Tim & Terri Overman, who closed their own listing in downtown St. Augustine in November.
