Anita McNeill Shifts From Marketing To Realty at Davidson

Please help us welcome Anita McNeill to our growing team of nearly 60 agents! Anita has more than 20 years of experience in multimedia marketing and advertising sales, specifically for the real estate industry.

Anita began her career in marketing and advertising with the Fayetteville Observer in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She relocated to Northeast Florida in 2003 and worked in real estate advertising sales for the Florida Times-Union. Anita recently made the transition to real estate sales, earning her agent license and certification as a Military Relocation Professional.

In her free time, Anita enjoys singing, exercising, dancing, doing charity work and spending time with her son and daughter.

Anita is eager to utilize her marketing and sales experience to be a helpful guide for her customers throughout the real estate process.
