Davidson Realty Hosts Production-Focused Agent Training From North America’s Largest Real Estate Coaching Company

We’re pleased to announce two opportunities to attend one great Buffini & Company training! That’s right, Davidson Realty will host two Peak Producers training sessions in February aimed at driving production and sales.

The first session begins at our headquarters in World Golf Village on Monday, February 1, and the second kicks off at Davidson Realty’s Jacksonville Beach office on Wednesday, February 3.

Peak Producers is a 16-week training course created by Buffini & Company, the largest real estate coaching and training company in North America. The program focuses on increasing production through negotiating and sales skills, lead generation and overall customer service.

The program is facilitated by 30-year real estate veteran Sherry Davidson, who is President of Davidson Realty and a Buffini & Company Certified Mentor.

Peak Producers has created marked increases in agent production for those who have completed the training. According to Buffini & Company, during the program, agents average 12 transactions and generate nearly $100,000 in income!

Our agents also feel the training better prepares them to succeed.

“The program has given me the tools to reach customers, build relationships and create a seamless experience,” says Franco D’Orazio, one of our newest Peak Producers graduates. “What I’ve taken away from the training is beyond valuable to my business.”

In early January, Buffini & Company announced the Peak Producers program had been delivered to more than 40,000 agents nationwide.

“We have been delivering the Peak Producers program to our agents since 2012 and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive,” said Sherry, who has increased Davidson’s agent base by nearly 50 percent in that time. “Experienced and new agents alike are graduating with the tools and motivation to thrive in the industry.”

We host regular wine and cheese events to provide information to professionals interested in a career with Davidson Realty. The next event at the World Golf Village office is set for Thursday, February 4 from 6 to 7 p.m. A session will also be held at our Jacksonville Beach office on Thursday, January 28 from 6 to 7 p.m.
