The “Top Agents” Crown Goes to Mirtha, Amy & Maxine for January!

January was a very special month for the Davidson Companies! We celebrated a fantastic 2015 at our 15th Annual Awards Banquet and opened our new Jacksonville Beach office with a bang! Over 250 people attended our Grand Opening Event to welcome us to Jax Beach. And, our awesome team is fired up and ready for a great new year! We had over $7.7 million in sales in January. Congratulations to the agents on top –
Mirtha, Amy and Maxine!

Our Top Listing Agent for January is Mirtha Barzaga with over $750,000 in listings sold. Mirtha sold two of her own listings – a re-sale home and a homesite in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community.

Amy Anderson is the Top Sales Agent for the month with $1.3 million in sales. Amy had six sales during the month – four buyer sales and two listings sold. She sold homes all over St. Johns County, including Turnberry, The Meadows, Sevilla, Greenfern in Arlington, The Shores in St. Augustine and a new construction home with D.R. Horton in Murabella.

The Top Producing Agent for January is Maxine Levy with $1.5 million in closings. Maxine sold two of her own listings in Palencia and World Golf Village and sold a new construction home with D.R. Horton.
