Way to end the First Quarter of 2016 on a high note! Our Realtors brought in $9 million in sales, $7 million in closings and 28 new listings for the month of March, which helped with our impressive numbers for the First Quarter. Team Davidson had 37 agents with transactions totaling $28 million in sales and $24 million in closings. We have to recognize our All Stars for this month and quarter. Here are the Top Realtors:

March of 2016:

Top Listing Agent: Amy Anderson with over $850,000 in listings sold and $1.5 million in total sales
Top Sales Agent: Ben English with over $800,000 in buyer sales
Top Producer: Lauren Martilli with over $1 million in closings
Top Producing Team: First Coast Roof Tops – Tim & Terri Overman & Amanda Houser

First Quarter of 2016:

Top Listing Agent & Top Producer: Mirtha Barzaga with $1.7 million in listings sold, $2.4 million in total sales and $2.5 million in closings
Top Sales Agent: Amy Anderson with over $3.4 million in sales
Top Producing Team: First Coast Roof Tops with $1.2 million in closings
