Davidson Realty Named Among Top Residential Real Estate Companies In Northeast Florida

Once again, we are thrilled to be included as one of the area’s top residential real estate companies according to the Jacksonville Business Journal. Davidson came in at number 11 on this year’s list with more than $113 million in local homes and lots sold in 2015.

We finished 2015 with an average of $311,150 per property sold, which is among the top local firms in terms of value per property.

“We are pleased to once again be recognized among Northeast Florida’s top names in real estate,” said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. “We have been growing our team of agents and we are eager to finish 2016 stronger than ever.”

Jacksonville Business Journal also named Davidson among the area’s Best Places to Work earlier this year. Our more than 60 agents average in excess of $2 million in production.

In addition to our headquarters in World Golf Village, Davidson recently opened a second office in Jacksonville Beach and we plan to launch a new location in Julington Creek.
