Former NFL Punter Brian Moorman & Sales Partner Jennifer Rowe Join Davidson Realty

We are pleased to announce the recent addition of real estate sales team Brian Moorman and Jennifer Rowe to Davidson’s roster of agents! Brian was an NFL punter from 2001 to 2014 and founded the P.U.N.T. (Perseverance, Understanding, Need, Triumph) Foundation to help families dealing with childhood cancer. Jennifer has experience in real estate development, land planning as well as marketing.

The team will donate a portion of every commission to the P.U.N.T. Foundation.

Because of their commitment to support Brian’s charity, everything they do is from the heart.”

Upon earning a degree in history education from Pittsburg State University, Brian spent 13 years as an NFL player, most of that time with the Buffalo Bills. He is also a two-time Pro Bowl player. Brian established the P.U.N.T. Foundation with his wife in 2004 to provide assistance to families affected by childhood cancer. After retirement in 2014, he focused on philanthropy and his career in real estate. The Moorman family lives in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Jennifer, a Florida native, earned a Master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Florida. After graduation, she coordinated the marketing effort for a major mixed used development in Gainesville. Most recently, Jennifer led the effort to create a dedicated marketing department in her Ponte Vedra Beach community. In December she completed a three-year term on the board of directors where they successfully enhanced the neighborhood’s collectively owned amenities. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys going to the beach, golfing, cooking and grilling and watching Gator sports.
